Mandeleo is a Czech-Tanzanian  non profit organisation dedicated to help farmers in Utengule/Usangu region in Tanzania. It was founded in 2011 by the group of students of International Development Studies (Palacky University in Olomouc)  and Tanzanian locals. The aim of Maendeleo is to help honest, hardworking and active people. Since the foundation more than 100 Tanzanian farmers involved in Maendeleo projects.

There are currently four major projects in 5 villages in Utengule/Usangu region (Mahango, Malawatu, Simike, Utengule and Iduia). The biggest project of Maendeleo is called Support of Farming. Its aim is to combine agriculture education with providing microloans. Other projects are Grant Competition, Microloans for Entrepreneurs and Library in Mahango.
